Don't delay registration!

*Children must be 5 years old by September 30^th.

** Online Registration opens on March 20, 2023. Access registration information from the PWCS website.**

Gather these documents to prepare for online registration:

* (3) Proofs of Residency:

*Must have: Deed, Sales Contract, Closing Documents, or Lease

 PLUS -

*Two additional: Driver's License, Car registration, Current Utility bill or hook-up paperwork, Voter registration, Property tax bill, Current paystub, latest bank statement.

* Original Birth Certificate

** Physical & Complete Immunization Record. Physicals must be dated after August 21, 2022 to be accepted for 2022-2023 school year.  (These documents may be provided later if the physical and/or immunizations haven’t been completed at the time of registration.)  Students may not attend school without a physical and complete immunizations.**
